INGREDIENTS
160ml milk, plant-based or otherwise
2 tablespoons (35g) volcanic hot chocolate pieces
Softly whipped double cream (optional)
Marshmallows, extra chocolate nibs or cocoa powder, for sprinkling (optional)
METHOD
1 Warm the milk to your ideal temperature.
2 Stir in your volcanic hot chocolate pieces of choice until fully melted - either by hand or using a hot chocolate machine.
3 Serve your volcanic drinking chocolate moment, adding a dollop of cream and extra toppings if you wish.
