FIRETREE CHOCOLATE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Ensuring our chocolate reaches you in perfect condition is just as important as the care and craft we put into making it. Tracking information is provided for all parcels so please check your email, including junk and spam boxes, for information after you place an order. Our chat, email and telephone operate office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 

 

UK ORDERS

All UK orders placed Monday to Friday, before 2pm, will be sent the same day and all orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.

There are two choices of shipping:

  • Standard Tracked 48 Hour Royal Mail is £4.95 for parcels up to 2kg.
  • Express Tracked 24 Hour Royal Mail is £5.95 for parcels up to 2kg.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland please note that deliveries take 2-3 working days.

Customers will be sent an email confirmation from our fulfilment partners.

Free shipping is available on orders over £40 (after any discounts are applied) and will be sent Standard Tracked 48 Hour. If you would like to upgrade your free delivery to Express Tracked 24 Hour there is a £1.00 surcharge.

All orders over 2kg will be sent via a courier.

SHIPPING IN HOT WEATHER

From time to time, the temperature gets too hot to ship our chocolate. Whilst our own facilities are maintained at a suitable temperature, we know that Royal Mail and courier vans tend not to be, so when the outside temperature goes over 25°C, we hold shipping via our standard service until things cool down. This will be communicated via a notice at the top of the website and in the checkout. You can still place your order and we will ship at the next opportunity.

During periods of hot weather, if your order is time sensitive, please select the "Heat Protective Packaging" shipping option (£5.95, or £2 for orders over £40) at checkout. This will add specialist packaging to your order at a small additional cost to help keep your chocolate cooler. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to evolving tariff and customs arrangements in the USA, EU and other countries, we have taken the decision to suspend all international shipping outside of the UK mainland, highlands and islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. 

Until such time as we are able to resume our USA shipment service, we recommend that you visit Firetree Chocolate – Bar & Cocoa As a USA-based company, they offer a small range of Firetree Chocolate products for delivery nationwide.

For a small range of Firetree Chocolate delivered to EU addresses, please visit Firetree | Single Estate Chocolate | Volcanic cocoa Choco Dealer are based in Germany and offer shipping to all countries within the EU.

 

INVOICES/RECEIPTS

Invoices and receipts will be sent by email to the person placing the order. We do not include any paper invoices in your parcel, which means, if your order is a gift, your recipient will not receive a copy of your invoice.
