That's why we travel to small and remote islands to find the very best, grown by farmers who care about their craft - fermenting the cocoa beans to our specifications and solar-drying before they begin their journey to our skilled chocolate makers here in East Anglia. From our original seven bars of bean-to-bar single-estate chocolate, to today's collection of bars, truffles, thins and hot chocolate, we remain true to our ethos.
