For most of our 100% cocoa bars, thins, hot cocoa, and couverture, we use beans from Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands, known for their surprising depth and natural hint of sweetness — with notes of sticky dates, mellow black tea, and ripe red fruit.

In our 70g no-added-sugar bar range, you’ll also find cocoa from Malekula Island in Vanuatu, which offers a different expression altogether — rich red fruits, toasted nuts, and a warm, layered finish.
