• Firetree is dedicated to sustainable practices by directly-sourcing cocoa beans from farmers who work in harmony with the forests around them.

Ranging from 40% cocoa, smooth milk chocolate to dark chocolate and 100% cocoa, the cocoa for our chocolate is sourced directly from islands such as Madagascar in the Indian Ocean, to remote islands scattered across the South Pacific. In the UK, our chocolate gift hampers offer a variety of choices catering to every taste preference. 

At the moment we don't have a service option on our website to allow you to build your own hamper contents. However if you reach out to us directly, our helpful customer service team can assist with requests such as swapping items or putting together a custom chocolate gift hamper.

Our assortment includes a wide variety of chocolate products, such as chocolate bars, gift boxes, chocolate thins and hot chocolate that are suitable for those who are vegan or following a plant-based diet.

While we aim for our dark and oat milk chocolate offerings to cater to vegans, it's important to note that they are manufactured in the same facility as our milk chocolate and may not be suitable for those with dairy restrictions.

We have a range of different options for corporate gifting depending on the order size, from bespoke contents to hit a particular price point or dietary requirement, to branded gift cards or wraps to convey your brand and personal message. Our corporate gifting options are perfect for client appreciation, employee rewards, or special events. You can choose from our range of luxurious hampers or customise them to suit your company's branding and preferences. 

All UK orders placed Monday to Friday, before 2pm, will be dispatched the same day.  Deliveries are via Tracked 24 Royal Mail (£3.50). The exceptions are the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland where deliveries can take 2-3 working days.

The minimum order to receive free UK mainland shipping is £40.00.

From time to time, the temperature gets too hot to ship our chocolate hampers in the UK. Whilst our own facilities are lovely and cool, we know that Royal Mail and courier vans tend not to be, so when the temperature goes over 25 degrees centigrade in the UK, we hold shipping until things cool down. Please always check our home page for a weather warning message.

Different charges and processes apply to shipping overseas. Please contact us directly should you require help with an international order.

We're proud to be a bean-to-bar producer using some of the world's finest cocoa beans. We know our cocoa farmers and source directly from them, working with them to agree on the perfect fermentation process and ensuring all of our cocoa beans are solar-dried and never fire-dried (which can give the beans a smoky taint). 

Once naturally dried, the beans are shipped straight to our facility in the UK to be whole-roasted, low and slow to preserve all of their wonderful taste notes before winnowing, conching and tempering begins.
