Makes: Enough sauce for 2-3 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Firetree Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Chopped nuts or mini marshmallows, to sprinkle (optional)
METHOD
1 Melt the chocolate in a small heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
2 Stir in the coconut oil and heat until dissolved, about 1 minute. Cool and keep lukewarm, until ready to pour over the ice cream.
3 Spoon the sauce over your ice-cream of choice and sprinkle with chopped nuts or mini marshmallows, if you wish. The chocolate sauce will harden into a shell within a few seconds. Serve immediately.
