This award is given to those who have met Feefo's rigorous criteria for service quality judged by verified customer reviews we've received over the prior year, reflecting our dedication not just to meeting, but exceeding expectations.
Feefo launched their Trusted Service Awards over a decade ago to highlight those brands that lead with transparency. The awards are based purely on the analysis of verified reviews from real customers and remain the most authentic reflection of a business's commitment to service excellence.
The Gold award is given to those companies that received at least 50 reviews from 1st January to 31st December 2025 and maintained an overall Feefo service rating of 4.5 to 5.0. Perhaps, more importantly, the customer reviews that we actively encourage help in this world of AI-driven interactions to give the reassurance that Firetree will always value the human touch.
