The cocoa from our farm on Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands provides the perfect bean for our milk chocolate. Skilled fermentation, whole bean roasting and a slow conch gives an indulgently creamy chocolate with lingering caramel and mild citrus taste notes. These delicate thins really are the perfect way to enjoy chocolate.

Our farm on the North Coast of Guadalcanal is a husband and wife team along with four sisters, each bringing their different skills to the growing of cocoa. The island itself is right in the heart of the Solomons and is home to some of the finest cocoa in the region.
Coconut palms provide shade for the cocoa trees that grow in the island's rich, volcanic soil. Once ripe, the pods are harvested before being fermented and dried just metres from the homes - handy when a sudden shower threatens the drying process and a quick dash to cover the beans is needed.
