Philippines, Mindanao Island 100% Cocoa - an immediate cocoa note with waves of rich honey and caramel bookending a ripe banana middle.

Our Letterbox Selections will be delivered straight through your letterbox unless purchased with other items, in which case they will be delivered together in a larger parcel.

Our main farmer on Guadalcanal, Diana, grows her cocoa amongst durian and lemon trees along the north coast near Honiara. She has excellent relationships with her neighbouring farmers who step in when cocoa yields are smaller than expected.

Our multi-crop small holders grow their cocoa alongside pineapple, coconut, and yams on the fertile slopes of Mindanao Island's Mount Apo.
