As a proud British company, we felt it imperative to partner our chocolate with the very best of Britain's blossoming viticulture. For the perfect of pairings, we've selected this classic cuvee from the Nyetimber estate.
Their vineyards share similar characteristics as some of the world's most renowned sparkling wine vineyards. The greensand and chalk soils and the favourable climate of the south of England allows for the slow ripening of the grapes for a complexity and finesse that mirrors that of our chocolate.
