Caramel aromas amplify the rich honey and creamy notes of our Solomon Islands milk chocolate. Beautifully balanced with a subtle fruity overtone.
Our Vanuatu dark chocolate is a complex journey for the nose and palate. Ripe orange, a hint of anise and cherry balance with cocoa ripples leading to a lifting citrus finish.
The tropical climate and cloud forests and now extinct volcano of Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands makes for nutrient-rich soil and perfect growing conditions for exception cocoa. Notes of caramel and honey abound in the milk chocolate created from one of our favourite cocoa beans.
Malekula Island in Vanuatu is mountainous, rugged and forest-covered. The ferry from the capital can take up to two days to arrive on the island and from there it's a trek to the farming village in the middle of the island. We're delighted to champion the work of Malekula's cocoa farmers who grow an exquisite cocoa with notes of orange, cherry and soft lemon.
