Delicate discs of the finest chocolate, our thins are created to savour in a moment of chocolate decadence. Vanuatu's nutrient-rich volcanic soil yields a cocoa bean of exquisite complexity with hints of orange, cherry, and soft lemon. An Academy of Chocolate 2024 Bronze award winner.

150g (around 25 thins) | Bean-to-Bar Craft | Single-Estate | Perfect Gifting

A subtle yet complex journey for the nose and palate with hints of cherry, white grape and soft lemon.

Our farmers live in the cocoa-farming village in the heart of Malekula island. The amount of cocoa grown on the island doesn’t even register on the cocoa scale of production, which shows how rare it is.

The island is pure, albeit rugged, paradise, with rich, volcanic soil that makes it a perfect spot for growing cocoa. Originally introduced 200 years ago by the Spanish, the last 15 years have seen cocoa farmers concentrating on quality over quantity. Improvements in fermenting and drying the cocoa beans has made this superb cocoa one we must champion.

Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, unrefined sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
